Meet Armel a dental therapist trained in Cameroon who just qualified with SmileWisdom Academy.
Armel has the unique perspective of learning his dental nursing qualifications during the global pandemic.
“I decided to study dental nursing so that I could stay in the dental field once I came to the UK.
Once I had decided this was what I wanted to do, it was my intention to start as soon as possible.
I searched online and found SmileWisdom Academy.
“Doing the Diploma in dental nursing with SmileWisdom was a huge stepping stone that will allow me to begin working as a dental therapist by the end of this year.”
When I sent a message, Mike responded right away and I thought this place must be serious and always be available to help, which is important when you are learning.
I was impressed by the online learning process put in place when Covid-19 came.
It was so straightforward to adapt to. My tutor, Perminder, was a great tutor and responsive when working on my ROE.
