In practice training

In addition to being accredited to offer NEBDN under- and postgraduate courses, we also offer in-practice staff training and CPD courses. These courses can be adapted to your specific needs, the experience levels and number of delegates.

Here’s what you can expect when booking your in-practice training with SmileWisdom:

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Successful training outcomes are only possible if we fully understand the training objectives and the skills level of the delegates. For this we will carry out a TNA. This can either be with each individual or with the courses organiser.

Pre-learning

To ensure that the delegates are well prepared for the training event, we can send your practice pre-course materials. This will positively impact the effectiveness of the course and prepare your staff for the event.

In-practice training event

In-practice CPD and training events are a very good way to reduce your training costs and raise the Return on Investment. In-practice learning is also known to encourage teamwork, build high-performing teams and improve productivity.

Post-course 

In the same way that thorough the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) we will ensure in advance that the course is well targeted and designed, our post-course follow-up will ensure the new skills and knowledge are implement.

Approach

We have a flexible approach that can be adapted to work with small or larger practices, as well as with larger groups with multiple locations. We can offer expert and intensive training through our network of dental Specialist tutors.
